19 Days and Still No Glasses! Express Shipping Disaster & Endless Delays 😤
Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, a real cautionary tale. I ordered glasses on March 30th and paid for express 3-5 day shipping because my old ones broke. Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I called to ask for a shipping refund, which they gave, but these glasses were still six days out on delivery! It’s now Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of incompetence and delay is simply unacceptable when someone is relying on their glasses.
