I will put this other similar coupon in that will bring your refund to $35. Two days later, I get an email saying “your refund for $22 is processing”. I saw the $22 pending on my account. I had to email them back and explain that it was supposed to be for $35. Then I get this snarky email back “The refund amount was calculated per the requested coupon.\nHaving said that, as a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a refund for the requested additional amount of $12”. So then I check my account and the $12 is now pending and the $22 is gone, like it just disappeared. This has been so crazy! If they would have just canceled like I asked to do the first time I called, none of this would have happened. I have probably spent way too much effort for $35. Y’all need to get it together!"
